Poor Shannon, I think America sent the wrong Idol home.  I thought FOR SURE that Heejun was going home last night.  I don't think he deserves to go on tour with the top 10, but that's just my opinion.

The top 10 battle it out next week!

Jermaine Jones finally broke his silence about being sent home for not disclosing his 4 outstanding warrants.  He talked to People Magazine.  You can read the whole article HERE.

People asked, "Did you know you were breaking the rules?"  Jermaine answered, "I did not know I was breaking the rules, because before I went, I had to obtain a lawyer and take care of some fines before I could go.  I just thought everything was taken care of."

I believe him, I don't think he knew that he was breaking the rules.  I honestly think he's a good guy, but I've been a really bad judge of character in the past.  I trust everyone and everything.....

I also think Fox and American Idol could have handled the whole situation better.  Jermaine deserved to have a lawyer with him while being questioned by the Idol executives.  Maybe they offered, who knows.  But I really think the network and the show should have been more sensitive with the situation.

What do you think?
