Atlantic City School Official Spending Work Time at Massage Parlors [VIDEO]

A Philadelphia TV investigative news team has uncovered some questionable ways an Atlantic City School attendance officer is spending his time, when he's supposed to be on the job.

6 ABC/Action News followed around Nicholas Russo, Atlantic City Attendance Officer and found him  - well, absent from his job. A lot.

The latest word is that Russo has resigned from his position after school officials were shown the evidence.
