Atlantic City Walk Raises Nearly $30,000 for St. Jude Kids

The St Jude Give Thanks Walk was held in Atlantic City Saturday, and raised close to $30,000 for St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.

The walk, featuring over 100 local participants, was held at the Bally's Casino Courtyard, near Harry's Oyster Bar and Restaurant. Walkers donated and collected contributions as part of the effort.

Money raised goes to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital to help the fight against childhood cancer and other catastrophic childhood diseases. No family is ever given a bill at St. Jude for treatment, housing, transportation or food.
