Atlantic County Sheriff Asks For Your Help In Finding This Guy

It shouldn't  be difficult to find "the guy who came from 1989 in a time machine."

In all seriousness, the man in the photo is wanted by the Atlantic County Sheriff's Department - he's wanted as part of the department's weekly "Most Wanted" Facebook post. The post states that the photo is actually from 1991.

The man is identified as Israel Ramos, 48, and last seen in Vineland. According to the post, he's wanted for a number of charges including aggravated sexual assault.
