Assault rifles, handguns, drugs, and cash were found in a Cape May County home Monday night after a search warrant was executed.

Lower Township Police say Keith Chatelain, 38,  and Charlene Bell, 32, were the targets of the investigation, and they were home, along with two children,  when the warrant was carried out.

As a result of the search of the residence, distribution amounts of suspected heroin, cocaine, methamphetamine and suboxone were recovered. In addition, several handguns, assault rifles and approximately $10,000 in U.S. currency were recovered.

Both Chatlein and Bell face numerous counts of drug possession and intent to distribute charges. They also face charges related to the weapons, endangering the welfare of the children, and more.

Chatelin and Bell were taken to jail, while the children were handed over to social service officials.
