Bye Rachel and Do You Want Her Job?

Well, we broke one of radio's cardinal rules this morning: We announced that someone is leaving the radio station, effective today.

I'm sorry to say that our morning co-host Rachel Marie is leaving Cat Country, headed for another radio station in another city, in a land far, far away....

Usually people on the radio just kind of disappear -  their voice, email address, and likeness just erased away, as though they never existed.

Rachel was different, so we're actually saying goodbye and giving you a chance to say goodbye below.

So, here's to you young Rachel, thanks for the memories and I hope all your dreams come true! (and we're all happy you got rid of the nose ring....)

In the meantime..... we need to hire someone to replace her! If you're up to it, produce a 1 minute or less video of you telling us why you would be the perfect replacement and email it to joe.kelly@townsquaremedia.com. Link to a YouTube video is OK too.
