Authorities believe this Evesham Township man's claim that he was robbed this past summer never even really happened.

Marlton resident Wonye McFarland reported a robbery back in July, claiming he was robbed of almost $10,000 worth or personal property including a Rolex watch. PhillyVoice.com reports that now he himself is being charged with allegedly falsifying the entire claim.

Apparently, what tipped off authorities that something was off about McFarland's story was the conflicting accounts he gave to police.

McFarland turned himself in earlier this week. Find out more HERE!
