Can Someone Stop The Sign From Blinking?

Houston, we have another sign problem.

This problem is an Atlantic City sign that won't stop blinking.

After successfully convincing a local pharmacy to fix the digital clock on its sign, I figure I know have the responsibility to see that other signs and clocks gets fixed.

The newest problem is the large TV-Screen-Sign on the property of the now-closed Trump Plaza. Since most of the advertising on the sign is about the Trump Taj Mahal, I assume the folks at Trump Entertainment are responsible for the sign.

The problem with the giant illuminated sign is that it doesn't work. Yes it does. No it doesn't. Yes it does. No it doesn't. WAIT!

The problem is that the sign blinks on and off like a strobe light. Continuously. For over a week now.

On. Off. On. Off. On. Off. On. Off.

"HEY! Is someone leaning against the power switch?"

The old slogan was, "Atlantic City - Always Turned On", not "Atlantic City - On, Off, On, Off..."

Please, somebody help! It's burning my retinas!
