If you've had the chance to attend one of Kenny Chesney's massive stadium concerts over the past few summers, it's hard to imagine a time when no one knew who he was. Kenny's career (slowly) started to take off in the early 90s -- he released two songs in 1993, "Somebody's Callin'" (which didn't crack the country charts at all) and "Whatever It Takes" (which peaked at #59). It would be almost two more years before he would get his first top ten hit, "Fall In Love." In the video below, Kenny is only 25 years old (and almost imitating Dwight Yoakam's guitar play). Check out the video and then join me for Cat Classics when all of your favorites from the 70s, 80s, and 90s come out to play, Sunday morning from 6 to 8 on Cat Country 107.3!
