Cat Classics Flashback: “The Dukes of Hazzard” and Waylon Jennings [VIDEO]

33 years ago today, "The Dukes of Hazzard" debuted on CBS.

If you're my age, you probably watched this show every Friday night -- this was one of my favorite shows growing-up (I still have an autographed black and white glossy picture of Rick Hurst, who played Deputy Cletus Hogg). "The Dukes of Hazzard" was based on a 1974 movie called "Moonrunners." The movie, just like the television show, was narrated by Waylon Jennings, who also provided the opening theme song, "Theme from The Dukes of Hazzard (Good Ol' Boys)."
