December 30, 2011 I'm sitting here looking at all of the songs that were released over the past twelve months and 2011 was an incredible year for country music. So, here are my top five songs for this year.
Over the past 10 years, Toby Keith has been the most-played artist on country radio. His feat as one of country music’s most influential artists was enough to garner the win for Artist of the Decade at the 2011 American Country Awards on Monday night (Dec. 5).
Thompson Square won Single of the Year by a Group, Single by a New Artist and Video by a New Artist all for ‘Are You Gonna Kiss Me or Not’ at the 2011 American Country Awards.
