Have you ever driven past the house in Galloway with hundreds of green bottles outside? I know I have, probably a thousand times. But did you know that it actually isn't just green bottles displayed in rows and columns outside of someone's home?
Lions and tigers and witches - oh my! We saw all sorts of costumes at our Safe Trick-or-Treat held at Birch Grove Field Park in Northfield this weekend. Townsquare Media staff dressed up along with our Trick-or-Treaters for a day filled with candy and fun.
It was a cloudy and chilly morning at Garden Greenhouse and Nursery but that didn't stop over 100 Cat Country listeners from showing up at our Great Pumpkin Drop! Bundled up in hats and scarves, people lined up to claim their Cat balls and wait for the giant pumpkin to hit the ground.
Despite Friday's call for bad weather, we saw nothing but sun at our Quest stop at Ashley Furniture in Millville! The pennies didn't stop rolling in all day, keeping our Cat Country crew busy at work counting the buckets of coins.
Every year during the month of October, Cat Country kicks off its Quest for One Million Pennies. The money collected from the "quest" is donated to help benefit the children of St. Jude's Research Hospital.
