As if we didn't love avo on it's own...If you add some chocolate to it, you have one of the world's best and most healthy deserts!

This week on JUST FOOD. I was craving a quick and easy desert, aka anything chocolate,  that I knew I wouldn't feel guilty about after having a healthy dinner.

Nutritionists say that dark chocolate in moderation is a healthy fat burning treat. It's also full of antioxidants and may help lower blood pressure and risk of cardiovascular disease. Avocado is a superfood that contains about 20 different vitamins and minerals and is loaded with the good fat that helps your cholesterol. In which case, if you mix the two together... you can make a treat worthy of satisfying the soul.

It's called Dark Chocolate Avocado Truffles!

No I'm not.

Here's what you'll need:

  • 1 Medium Sized Avocado
  • 10 oz of Dark Chocolate Chips
  • 2 Tablespoons of Cocoa Powder
