Close Up Video of Plane Crashing in Taiwan [VIDEO]

A scary scene in Taipei, Taiwan, as a plane crashed shortly after take off.

We have some unbelievable close video of the crash.

Authorities say the plane was carrying 58 people when it banked sharply on it's side, hit a bridge and went into shallow water.

So far, there are 15 survivors, 19 dead, and 24 missing.
