‘Anchorman’ is one of my all time favorite movies, so when I heard the news of a sequel, I was pumped!  Now more details have emerged about the plot of ‘Anchorman 2.’

Veronica Corningstone is back along with the Action News Team possibly in the years 1978 or 1979.  They have just started working on the script according to Zap2it,

“McKay does note that they’ve barely begun on the script, so it’s possible some of this could change. He’s previously hinted that a custody battle between Burgundy and Veronica Corningstone will also be a part of the film.”

Adam McKay is the co-writer and director for the original and the sequel, so the second film will have the same funny feel to it.

I can’t wait!
