Dunkin' Donuts teamed up with Girl Scouts to come out with new Girl Scout Cookie flavors. Since it is Girl Scout Cookie season, it's the perfect time for this collaboration. Dunkin' came out with three different flavors: Thin Mints, Coconut Caramel (Samoas or Caramel deLites), and Peanut Butter (Do-si-dos or Peanut Butter Sandwich). As a Girl Scout I had to try these new flavors out and see if they were worth the hype.

That photo is only mildly embarrassing. I thought I was so cool... I used to put a photo on cookie order sheets that family members would bring to work so people would know who they were buying from. If that photo doesn't scream early 2000s I don't know what does.

I used the phrase am a Girl Scout rather than was a Girl Scout because when I graduated high school I signed up as a life member, so I will be a Girl Scout for my entire life. When I was a girl member I had a love/hate relationship with cookie season. The long hours (yes I worked my butt off), the cold, and the fact that for most of it I was a kid wasn't all too appealing. However, the rewards were amazing. I've traveled the world on cookie money. I went to 38 states, 4 Canadian Providences, and 2 Australian territories. I wish I could still sell Girl Scout Cookies. I was the top seller in my council for years, my record was broken a few years after I graduated.

You could say I am a professional when it comes to Girl Scout Cookies. I know them like the back of my hand. There are two different cookie companies that make Girl Scout Cookies, which is why you will see/hear two different names being used when I talk about the cookies.

I was mildly terrified to try these new flavors out. What if I didn't like them? Can I say that I don't like them? Would I have to lie? I was very nervous going into this video.

These new flavors can be put into pretty much any drink you want. If you are not a coffee drinker, don't worry you can get them in hot or iced chocolate. I decided to put them into an iced latte. As someone that is still getting into the coffee world I was scared I wouldn't like the coffee taste. I had a lot to worry about beforehand.

If you are looking for Girl Scout Cookies in your area, they have a cookie locator on the GSUSA website.

Did Dunkin' do me proud? Did they do Girl Scout Cookies justice?
