Egg Harbor Township Police Get a Harley

The Egg Harbor Township Police Department has a new weapon to battle crime in the township.

Or, if you prefer, a new toy to help keep an eye out.

A new Harley Davidson motorcycle has been put into service by the Egg Harbor Township Police Department.

According to a post on the department's Facebook page, the 2015 Harley Davidson Electra Glide Police motorcycle was first ordered in the fall of last year. The bike will primarily be operated by Officer Kevin Devlin of the Traffic Safety Unit. The new motorcycle replaces an older bike that Devlin has been riding.
