EHT Police Bust Hamilton Township Man Stealing Copper in Suitcase

A man walking down an Egg Harbor Township side street at Midnight carrying a big suitcase looked a little out of place to EHT Police Officers responding to a burglary-in-progress call.

Police questioned Charles Robinson, 29, and found he was in possession of pieces of copper pipe removed from an abandoned residence, plus tools used to remove copper.

Robinson has been charged with Robinson was charged with burglary, theft, and possession of burglar tool. He's being held in the Atlantic County Jail on $15,000 bail.
