EHT Police Dog Released From Hospital

The Egg Harbor Township Police Dog shot last week by a suspect has been released from the hospital and is expected to survive.

According the EHT Police Department, Shooter has been released from the Red Bank Animal Hospital hospital and will continue his recovery at a private, undisclosed loaction.

According to a release from the EHTPD,

"Lieutenant Bordonaro, and the Egg Harbor Township Police Department, wishes to thank the public for the overwhelming show of support during this difficult time. The police department requests that the public respect Lt.  Bordonaro’s privacy and allow Shooter to heal. The Police Department will send out updates of any significant changes to Shooter’s condition when they become available."
