Join the Pleasant Plains Volunteer Fire Department as they celebrate 88 years of dedicated service to the community! On Saturday, July 19th, the firehouse will be rocking with their 33rd Annual Family Chicken Barbecue from 12pm-7pm. The festivities are located at 40 Clayton Avenue, Toms River, NJ. This rain or shine event will include a lavish meal with ticket purchase, Moon Bounce, Cash 50/50, Fire Truck Rides, Pony Rides and live music by “Reel to Reel Country!” You can purchase tickets at the firehouse any Thursday night or at the B-B-Q (Adults-$9.00; Children under 12-$6.00). So come on out to enjoy a Local Merchants/Toms River Then & Now Expo, Antique Gas Engine/Pedal Tractor displays and meet Buster from the Lakewood Blue Claws!!!
