Cat Country 107.3 presented, “Cat Country Unplugged” with Marlee Scott at the Cosmopolitan Restaurant and Lounge in Vineland! Marlee sang several songs for the packed house including

“Summertime Blues”, Travis Tritt’s “Trouble” and her new song with Vince Gill “Trainwreck”. Marlee signed autographs and took pictures with everyone. It was a great night of country music!

As many know, the Revel is ready to throw open it’s doors and debut it’s Mega Resort on Memorial Day weekend with a soft opening in the beginning of April. I was lucky enough to get a preview of the property and lucky for those of you that can’t wait, I took along my handy little camera and started snapping away! Check out my pics in the gallery below. You will see inside the retail space, the restaurants, bars and even inside Ovation Hall, which will debut with The Black Keys, Maroon 5 & Beyonce! So watcha think? Are you excited for the opeing? The South Jersey Spelling Bee was held this weekend at Absegami High School where students from local schools competed for the title of South Jersey Spelling Bee Champion. The champion was Ebose Eigbe of Roland Rogers Elementary School and will go on to Washington, DC

for a chance to win it all at the televised Scripps National Spelling Bee. In 2nd place was Paras Shah of Emma C. Attales Middle School and 3rd place was Jewel Foster of Galloway Township Middle School! Congratulations to all the school champions who participated!

Cat Country hosted our kissing contest at Sage Jewelers in Northfield to see who could kiss the longest to win a $2,000 Diamond Ring! Kissing began at 6:30am

and the winning couple kept their lips locked and won the ring after over 3 hours of kissing! Thank you to all our couples who braved the cold and to Sage Jewelers!

Cat Country 107.3 was on the prowl on the Atlantic City Boardwalk at Bally’s Casino for the Cork Popping Contest to see who could uncork a bottle of champagne and knock down the most glasses to win!

Marc from Vineland knocked down the most with 9 glasses and won great prizes, including overnight stays, spa treatments and food and drinks at Bally’s! Thank you to all the contestants for playing! It was a blast!
