Galloway Restaurant Owner Looking For Person Who Defaced Cement

UPDATE: The man in the video has returned to the restaurant, apologized and made restitution.

Owner Ari Frangias says someone defaced the wet cement outside his bar. He hasn't taken his complaint to authorities yet. He's hoping to solve the crime, and hoping that the person who did it makes it good.

Frangias has provided the photo from his video surveillance of the person he says is a suspect in the Great P****Drawing  Caper.
