A New York teenager who lost his wallet while on vacation in Seaside Heights has been humbled by the courtesy of a complete stranger.

17 year-old Joseph Gizzi returned home after his Jersey Shore vacation knowing he would never see his wallet again.  He and his cousins searched for the wallet after he realized it was missing after watching fireworks on the beach.  To no avail, however.

That's when the Good Samaritan pulled into the Gizzi driveway.

According to NJ.com,

A man got out and handed off the wallet, which contained $62, a driver's license and a Joseph's student identification, according to LoHud.com.

The Good Samaritan, who said he detoured to the Rockland County town en route to his home in Cortland, N.Y. said he found the wallet behind a CVS in Seaside Heights. He wouldn't give his name and turned down a reward.

There are good people in this crazy world!  Sometimes that's easy to forget....
