At what point does it enter the newspaper delivery person's mind that maybe that house they keep delivering papers to is vacant and no one is picking up the papers?

The Press of Atlantic City delivers some sort of free paper/advertising supplement once a week or so to homes in South Jersey. Apparently, they delivery a paper on your front lawn/driveway/roof-of-your-house even if you don't ask for one. (Um, isn't that littering.)

Personally, I'm tired of seeing situations like the above. In the photo, I count at least 6 papers-in-bags in front of this house. There were actually a couple more that didn't make the photo.

Dear delivery person: why do you keep throwing papers here? Obviously, no one has picked them up for..... well, at least 6 weeks.

Dear Press of Atlantic City circulation people: where's the quality control here? How about you stop delivering these "free newspapers" to vacant homes. At least I can use mine to line my birdcage.....
