Historic Smithville Renaissance Faire This Saturday

The wife and I love walking around Historic Smithville. This Saturday, you might want to check out a village-wide free event for the whole family.

This Saturday, the players of the New Jersey Renaissance Faire will bring a taste of merry olde England to Historic Smithville as the village is transformed into a renaissance faire. The village-wide event is free and there are all kinds of activities for the whole family. The opening ceremony starts at 10:30 and the day features comedy sword fighting, dancing, magicians, Shakespeare performances, and more, in addition to paddle boat rides and delicious food.

Historic Smithville is located at Route 9 and Moss Mill Road. Rain date for this event is Sunday, May 13th.
