Jimmy Fallon Asks the Question, You Dance While Answering [VIDEO]

It's Called "Questions and Dancers."  And it's quite funny.

Jimmy Fallon sent a corespondent onto the streets of New York City to ask the serious question about equality in the workplace.  The dancing answers are too funny!
