Appropriate?  Oh that's mean, but she was really replaced by a dog!Kim is being replaced in the Super Bowl ad for Skechers' Shape-Up shoe - by a French bulldog.  Skechers executives say that the replacement had nothing to do with all the negative publicity that Kim has received since her 72 hour day marriage to Kris Humphries.
