Local City Council Member Charged With Domestic Assault

A local city councilman has been charged with domestic assault, and is due to appear in court.

Atlantic City Police say Jeffree M. Fauntleroy II, of Atlantic City, was issued a summons on a charge of Domestic Violence Simple Assault. Fauntleroy must appear in court to face the charge.

According to cityofatlanticcity.org, Fauntleroy is an At-Large member of the Atlantic City City Council. His term began on January 1st of this year.
