Coastal Volunteers in Medicine (CVIM) is a nonprofit organization that provides primary healthcare to the uninsured of southern Ocean County.

Located in Barnegat, this team of selfless individuals operate completely with volunteer physicians, nurse practitioners, nurses, and administrative assistants.

Although this is a very cost effective way to provide services, there are still many overhead expenses that need to be met in order for the clinic doors to remain open. The annual operating budget for 2017 is set at approximately $85,000. In which case, 100% of these funds comes from personal/business donations, grants and in-kind contributions.

CVIM has provided primary and screening healthcare to over 700 southern Ocean County residents since 2013, and have only been able to do so through the kindness and generosity of the community.

They're now asking for YOUR help to continue serving the needs of our community. Every dollar makes a big impact and is greatly appreciated by the patients, volunteers and staff of CVIM.

In order to qualify for CVIM services, patients must:
1. Be uninsured
