Local Photographer Snaps Photos of Atlantic City Knife-Wielding Man

Last week, Mo Colon was out for a bike ride, and happened to have his camera with him.

As he passed by Bass Pro Shops, he noticed the heavy police presence and started snapping photos.

Atlantic City Police had been called to the retail outlet after a man had stolen two knives and was lunging at employees who had confronted him. Norman McDougal, according to police, was found by officers yelling incoherently and waving and swinging the knives.

Eventually, police were able to apprehend McDougal, and arrested him on several counts.

Colon was able to capture the event, and share it. Colon has allowed us to use the photos here. According to his Facebook page, Colon is an artist, photographer and filmmaker.
