Local South Jersey Girl On American Idol

Confirmation from the show's producers isn't easy to come by, but it appears a South Jersey girl will be on American Idol, which premiers next week.

Rumors, Facebook posts, Twitter feeds and more seem to indicate that Sarah Restuccio of Hammonton will be appearing on American Idol this season.

An internet site seeks to identify contestants on the first couple of shows, and one of the singers has been identified as Sarah Ross Restuccio.

We'll have to watch for ourselves to see if it is, in fact true. American Idol premieres Wednesday Night on Fox.
