Long Beach Island ‘Restaurant: Impossible’ to Air Tonight

Back in August, Food Network was looking for volunteers for an episode of 'Restaurant: Impossible' that they were filming on Long Beach Island.  And finally, the episode will air!

Robert Irvine revived The LBI Pancake House (my husband and I actually ate there a few days after the renovation and it was terrific!) and also the kitchen in the Ship Bottom Volunteer Fire Company.  Usually he has $10,000 and two days to revamp one location, this time he had three days and $50,000 to help out these local businesses that were destroyed in Hurricane Sandy.

I'm sure it will be an emotional episode!
