Lots To Do In Ocean City This Saturday

Two big events are happening in Ocean City this Saturday: one for the family and one to help a great charity.

Each spring, for over 30 years, Ocean City has held a spring block party. This year's party is this Saturday from 9:00 to 5:00 along Asbury Avenue from 5th to 14th Streets. The nearly mile-long festival will feature over 300 crafters, live entertainment, plenty of activities for kids, and a Greek food festival. While you're there, stop by and have some fun with the Cat Country Fun and Games Crew! Free parking will be available in downtown parking lots; you'll still have to pay to park in a municipal parking lot along the boardwalk.

Also this Saturday, The Great Strides Ocean City 5K Walk is happening to raise money and awareness for cystic fibrosis. The walk starts at 10AM at 6th and the Boardwalk. For more information on the walk, call (610) 325-6001.
