When your rear-end is noteworthy enough to have a signature shake like Luke Bryan's, sometimes you have to take extra precautions to protect it from its adoring public. Bryan recently shared with late night host James Corden that he and his team have been prompted to establish a "no-touching" rule for meet-and-greets regarding his derrière.

"There are quite a few wandering hands,” Bryan explains matter-of-factly. “I’m sittin’ there doin’ the meet-and-greet, and I’m like, ‘yup, she’s got it.'"

Bryan poses to demonstrate, smiling uncomfortably. He adds that once one woman gets away with the sneaky move, it’s a free-for-all. So what is his team to do? Create a "no touching of the butt" rule, of course.

"So this is okay," Corden quips, gesturing to his … ahem … lower-front quadrant.

"Yes, I have my modesty patch on so it’s all good," Bryan jokes. Check out the full, slightly awkward, interaction in the clip above.

Bryan is currently protecting his assets backstage during the 2016 leg of his Kill the Lights Tour, featuring Little Big Town and Dustin Lynch. He recently announced he will be bringing his Crash My Playa concert vacation back to Riviera Maya, Mexico in January of next year. Bryan co-hosted the ACM Awards on April 3 with Dierks Bentley, where he was nominated for Entertainer of the Year and also opened the show with his new single "Huntin’, Fishin’, and Lovin’ Every Day." That single inspired a new collection for his 32 Bridge clothing line at outdoor outfitter Cabela’s called HFE, reflecting the song’s title.
