Man Gets Head Stuck in Traffic Cone [VIDEO]

In Hemel Hempstead, England, an unidentified man was joking with friends when he pulled a traffic cone over his head. Unfortunate move.

He had to be rescued by a policeman as he became trapped, and couldn't free himself.
