Mays Landing Man Wanted for Lewdness

Not exactly the headline you want over your picture, right?

Police in Hamilton Township are asking for the public's help in locating Qushine Tolbert, 27, of Mays Landing.

On June 27, police responded to a lewdness incident reported near the Black Horse Pike and Leipzig Avenue.

The investigation revealed that Qushine Tolbert exposed himself and masturbated in front of a 39/F, who was waiting at a bus stop. Mr. Tolbert then fled in a silver SUV. He was previously arrested by our department for a similar incident that occurred at Walmart on April 17, 2016.

There is a warrant out for Tolbert's arrest. Anyone with information on his whereabouts is asked to contact Detective Fernan at 609-625-2700 x 575 or Investigator Browne with the United States Marshals Service at 609-658-0531.
