Mom always said to try your best. One New Jersey resident is trying to become the "Best Hooker in America."

It's the world's oldest profession and there is now a search for the best.

You do know that with the term "hooker", we're referring to fishermen, right? Maybe even fisherwomen.....

The Animal Planet is launching the new reality series,  "Top Hooker", and one of the show's contestants, Attila, is from Cranford, New Jersey.

The show is set to premiere on June 2nd, and according to the producers:

With grand prizes of $30,000 cash and a brand-new pickup truck, the expert anglers of Top Hooker are up for the fight of their lifetimes. While each of the 10 fearless competitors have distinct skills, including deep-sea fishing, bowfishing, fly fishing and surfcasting, they’ll need to widen their horizons to survive what Top Hooker throws their way. Challenges include anglers capturing fish using only their mouths, zipline fishing, catching fish nearly invisible to the naked eye and literally walking on water while reeling in their catches.

By the way, the picture above is that of Larysa Switlyk - she's a contestant from Florida. Here's Attila Agh, the New Jersey resident, originally from Hungary:
