New Jersey police suspected that a 48-year-old man from Morristown was driving under the influence when he fled the scene of an accident. His reasoning? Well, he seemed to be afraid, and didn't feel safe in--what he calls-- "Redneck Country"

Apparently, the man turned a corner and hit another vehicle. But once he continued to drive away, two other motorists who witnessed the incident followed him and reported his plates until he pulled over. He was later charged with a DUI and leaving the scene of a accident.
