Every store, shopping center, and business has handicapped parking that is close to the entrance of that business. And then there's this parking spot in Mays Landing.

The next time you're at Hamilton Commons in Mays Landing (that's the shopping center on the Black Horse Pike by Regal Cinemas), drive past the group of stores by Guitar Center and you'll see this one handicapped parking space that couldn't be any further away from any entrance to any store.

Why is this one handicapped parking spot way out in the middle of nowhere? Was it planned for a outlying store that was never built? Going by the pavement markings, there used to be two spots way out far, so why did only one go away?
