Out of Control at Kenny Chesney Pittsburgh Concert

This didn't happen in the "City of Brotherly Love." Nope. This happened in Pittsburgh.

Several fights broke out in the parking lots of Heintz Field as tailgating before the Kenny Chesney concert got out of hand.

Not to mention the garbage.
