Yesterday, we learned the Philadelphia Flyers will be holding a free, open practice at Boardwalk Hall in November... now, football might be coming to Atlantic City, too.

A report in The Philadelphia Daily News says a deal is in the works for the Philadelphia Soul of the Arena Football League to play two games at Boardwalk Hall next season. If all goes as planned -- and team owner Ron Jaworski says none of this is guaranteed yet -- the first game would in March and televised on ESPN to kick-off the league's 2015 season. The kicker: the Soul would play the Las Vegas Outlaws (a Las Vegas team coming to Atlantic City -- grrrrr!), who are owned by a group led by Mötley Crüe lead singer Vince Neil. Jaws tells The Daily News, "The goal is to try to tie in Atlantic City, Las Vegas, [and] a Mötley Crüe concert, make it a big Arena Football League kickoff."
