Really? You Stole a Lady’s Wallet at McDonald’s?

A lady walked into the McDonald's in Absecon to buy a snack and some guy stole her wallet.

Absecon police say back on June 26th, a lady was inside McDonald's on Route 30 and she placed her wallet on the counter when she was ordering food. She forgot it when she left but came back and found that it was gone. Police reviewed security cameras and found a guy approached the counter after getting his own order, grabbed the wallet and took off.

Really? You went in for a dollar cup of coffee, you saw a wallet on the counter and you couldn't just turn it in to the manager?

The lady's wallet contained normal wallet stuff like cash, credit cards, and identification. If you are able to identify the suspect, please call Absecon police at (609) 641-0667.
