Friday Night, I had the pleasure of attending the kick-off event for "The Taste of Revel." It was certainly a pleasure for my palate.

Set amongst the beautiful O2 area of the resort (Yes, we can officially refer to Revel as a resort, rather than just a casino), the "Taste of Revel" brought together several of Revel's renowned chefs for a unique culinary experience.

Each chef and/or restaurant offered a small taste of what Revel had to offer. From lobster rolls, to unique small pizzas, to small cones of tuna, the food was certainly the star. Among the more unique offerings: mojito cotton candy!

In summary, I have tasted Revel, and Revel tastes good!
