Not me, but some people thought that Sofia Vergara's Emmys routine was a little sexist.

In case you missed it, Sofia Vergara was on a rotating pedestal while Bruce Rosenblum, who is the president of the Academy of Television Arts & Sciences, talked on for a few minutes about some legal stuff while Vergara was on display.  She was playful about it and hammed it up for the cameras.

It's a boring segment that has to be done, so why not make it funny?

I saw absolutely nothing wrong with it. I thought it was clever.

Katie Couric started the Twitter conversation of Vergara after the segment...

Vergara told People that she didn't see the skit as sexist,

"I think it's absolutely the opposite," she said. "It means someone can be hot and also be funny and make fun of herself and enjoy and work and make money, so I absolutely think it's ridiculous. And somebody who started this, and I know who she was, has no sense of humor and should lighten up a little bit!"

What do you think?
