The Somers Point Fire Department Co. 2 is having a benefit for one of their own, Raymond Fugee. Raymond has been part of the community and serving with the fire department for 43 years and is also a life member with Company #2. Recently he was diagnosed with brain cancer and needs our help!

Not only is Ray a member of SPFD, he is a hard-working and devoted stepfather and husband. Ray along with his wife Katie, who is also a member of the SPFD Ladies Auxiliary, have been active in the community for years. Those who know this family could agree, they're some of the most kind and giving people you will find. As you can imagine, this illiness has put a huge financial and emotional strain on the Fugee Family. So SPFD Co. 2 is putting on the Raymond Fugee Benefit in order to help anyway they can!

If you would like to support Raymond in honor of #BTAM2017 (Brain Tumor Awareness Month) Please join The Somers Point Fire Department at the station: 1 West New Jersey Ave in Somers Point for the benefit on Saturday May 20th from 2-6pm. If you are unable to attend yet would still like to donate, it would be more than greatly appreciated!

Tickets to the event are $30.00 and can be purchased at the station!

If you know someone out there who is in need or is doing a little extra dose of good, send us a message to our Facebook page and share your story!
