They tell you not to park in the FIRE LANE at the grocery store. (Unless you're driving a fire truck.)

According to The Press of Atlantic City, a Somers Point man parked in the fire lane, jumped out of the car to drop off a Redbox DVD, and, somehow, managed to get run over by his own car.

Police say Michael Kozimer, 58, of Somers Point  saw his car rolling and tried to jump back in to stop it, but, instead, the car rolled over him.

The Press reports that Kozimer was taken to the hospital for leg injuries. The story quotes the police chief saying the man will probably get a ticket for parking in the fire lane.
