South Carolina and Iowa Win First Night of Miss America Prelims [VIDEO]

The first night of the Prelims for the Miss America Pageant were held last night, with Miss South Carolina and Miss Iowa coming up big winners.

Miss Iowa was Tuesday's talent winner while Miss South Carolina was last night's lifestyle & fitness winner.
