South Jersey Couple Will Get Married On The ACM’s Live!

The 47th Annual Academy of Country Music Awards are Sunday night live from Las Vegas on CBS at 8pm.  And a local couple has been chosen to get married live during the show!

And Martina McBride and Pat Monahan will be there to serenade the lucky couple!  The duo will sing their latest single, "Marry Me" on the show Sunday night while Christina Davidson and Frank Tucci, of Washington Township, Gloucester County, swap vows!

Their meeting is one straight out of a Hollywood script.  According to The Courier Post,

"Tucci, who will turn 34 Monday, lost his wife Danielle to thyroid cancer in July 2009. Two months later, Davidson’s husband, chiropractor Paul Davidson, died in a drowning accident on the Batsto River....

When Davidson wanted to start a widow and widowers support group, Tucci was one of the first people she called. Ironically, it was her former mother-in-law who passed on Tucci’s number. That forged a deep friendship in which the grieving spouses supported each other, offering advice on living again only they could give."
