Peyton Laricks was born with a birth defect called Congenital Diaphragmatic Hernia (CDH).  She spent 88 days in Newborn Intensive Care at Children's Hospital of Philadelphia, 12 days on life support and many surgeries.

Today, Peyton is a beautiful, sweet little six-year old girl. She continues to fight everyday and to make amazing steps that were once thought to be unlikely.

Her parents Debbie and Dustin Laricks made a promise that they would continue to support and raise awareness for CDH research.

So they formed Peyton's Promise.  They hold events throughout the year to raise money for CDH research.
