Mary Lee, everyone's favorite great white shark, may be stopping by the Jersey Shore during Memorial Day Weekend!

There are sharks in that water! One of them, a young Great White, is swimming his was closer to Cape May, according to a Tweet from its Twitter account.

A 13-year-old surf-casting on the beach in Long Beach Island made the catch of a lifetime Wednesday, reeling in a 7-foot shark.

On the East Coast, shark populations are on the rebound as a result of effective fishing management measures.

According to NJ.com, Tony Cutugno or 'Shark Tony' caught a 7-foot shark while kayaking 200 yards offshore in Longport.

One day after a partially devoured dolphin washed ashore in South Jersey, we're finding out that an apparent dolphin tail washed up nearby as well.

Sharks attacking dolphins, or at least trying to, probably happens quite a bit and we never even know about it. Nonetheless, a visitor to one South Jersey beach over the weekend snapped a picture which might indicate sharks are getting extra hungry.

Over the past few weeks, the biggest thing most of the tri-state area has been talking about is Mary Lee, that 3,500-pound great white shark prowling the New Jersey coastline. But, big Mary isn't the only predator stalking our shores.

Apparently there are scarier things in the ocean than just sharks.
